2 bedroom house plans with master suite for $200K.

So we thought, what the hell?

We checked the listings and were told the homes were at the top of the list. We did a search on the Internet for lots of old town and they're from the 1970s and 80s; the houses would fall into the following categories: Victorian, Victorian Revival, Victorian House, Victorian House Style. We ran our own search on sites like the real estate website and found these listings for only $80K. So here's what happened: The house was sold at a price of $70K! They were the best value we could come up with, but some of them really cost over $5K.

In other words, they don't have that grand opening for the right price and are really underpriced. This means that the owner of the property was underpaid.
