In my experience, building a home is extremely hard. It often takes multiple years (or more) to get all the necessary details right. It's even harder to get built if you're not careful, which also makes it even harder to find the right size piece of furniture or the right space for an old bathroom.

But there is plenty of room for improvement when it comes to these things that you want to build. To that end, if you find any new living spaces to fit into, there's always something you can do with those. There aren't so many houses that are
